Chunky (3-3.75) Gauge Yarn

Chunky weight yarns are super fast knitting yarns are used for textural pieces or super warm garments. They knit up to a gauge of 3-3.75 stitches per inch on a US size 9-11 knitting needle. Super chunky and super bulky weight yarns are even thicker, knitting up to a gauge of 0.5-0.75 stitches per inch on a US size 17 or larger knitting needle.
