We ship your order as soon as it is received. This is usually on the same day or the next business day.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a brick-and-mortar retailer, there may be a rare instance when we don’t have your item in stock. Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements

You may return items from our regular stock for 30 days from date of purchase, for in-store credit, exchange, or refund for the cost of the items. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Make sure merchandise is in original condition with all labels. Please include your original receipt. We can not accept returns on books, patterns, sale or discounted merchandise.

The Websters will not sell, trade or distribute any personal information that you may provide us during the process of using or purchasing products from this website. After making a purchase from, you will be added to our catalog mailing list unless you tell us you would rather not receive a catalog twice a year. We do not automatically add you to our email list, but you can sign up for the newsletter on the website.
