We're Hosting a Knit-a-Long
Apr 11th 2026
It's been awhile since we hosted a Knit-a-Long, and the time has come to cast-on a new project with our favorite fiber community! Without further ado, we'd like to invite you to join us in knitting the Poet Scarf by Sari Nordlund. This darling little triangular kerchief features a wavy lace pattern, and can be worn in multiple ways; we love it as a neckerchief, but it also makes a great head wrap.
We'll be having a cast-on party down at the shop April 16th at 5:30pm, and we'd love for you to join us. If you're not local, don't worry, you can still participate online by tagging us on IG @yarnatwebsters or sharing your progress in our Websters Makers FB Group.

RSVP our Poet Scarf KAL Cast-on Party
This KAL will be hosted by Erin, and she knit her Poet Scarf using Knitting for Olive Merino along with their Soft Silk Mohair (shown here in the colorway Poppy Blue). The combination of these two yarns held together creates a lush yet ethereal fabric that's so cozy around your neck, you won't ever want to take off.
You'll need just one ball each of Knitting for Olive Merino and Soft Silk Mohair to knit the Poet Scarf. We currently have 27 colors of Merino and 24 colors of Soft Silk Mohair in stock, so the color combination possibilities for this project are endless.

FALL 2026 RETREAT SNEAK PEEKS

It may only be Spring, but we're already planning ahead and can't wait to welcome a new group of knitters to Ashland this Autumn, when we'll be hosting TWO more luxury knitting retreats.
We aren't quite ready to spoil the surprise, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek and a "Save the Date" announcement! See below, and check your calendars!
Official Fall Retreat Teacher Announcements: Tuesday, April 14th
General Ticket Sales for October Retreat: Monday, April 20th
General Ticket Sales for November Retreat: Monday, May 25th

Monday, October 5th - Thursday, October 8th
October in Ashland is full of vibrant autumnal colors and mild weather, making it the perfect time to visit our quaint little town. This retreat group will enjoy a play at the renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and learn how to design your own cable patterns with this talented instructor.

Monday, November 2nd - Thursday, November 5th
November in Ashland is when fall transitions into winter, so be prepared for anything! This retreat group will enjoy an intimate evening at the Oregon Cabaret Theatre, and learn innovative knitting techniques from one of our favorite creative whirlwinds.
The sixth annual Knit for Food knit-a-thon is TOMORROW. This is our second year participating in Knit for Food, and we've set up Team Websters again - lead by our staffer Sarah, who has committed to knitting for the cause. It's not too late to join us! There are two ways to support the Knit for Food knit-a-thon: You can donate OR you can sign up to knit/craft for 12 hours.
If you're local, we'd love for you to come out and join Team Websters for an afternoon of crafting on April 11th, even if you're not doing the whole marathon. We'll be hosting a public meet-up at Clyde's Corner from 12-4pm. Out of respect for our friends over at Clyde's, we need an accurate headcount for our meet-up, so please RSVP here if you plan on joining. Our group table reservation is limited to 15 people; thanks for understanding, and we hope to see you there!
