With the first rain system in months passing through, we were all getting excited for upcoming Sweater Weather! Even though we are back in the 80's this week, we are craving the instant gratification of an oversized sweatshirt style pullover for layering up in months to come. We are so smitten by this new Winter Wind design from Anne Ventzel, which sent us down a bit of a rabbit hole of this Copenhagen designers archives! Winter Wind is the cozy V-neck pullover we are all reaching for as temps turn cooler. The textured Boucle combined with 2 strands of Silk Mohair creates a fabric that is both lightweight and cozy. Subtle details like a curved hem and a twisted rib neckline ensure this boxy sweater still has an excellent fit.

Bias Blocks is a project where you can find calm in the repetitive nature of the pattern and can focus on the joy of the knitting process. The scarf is worked in two different strands of yarn held together on US 10 needles. The combination of two yarns with different textures creates a soft, substantial fabric with a beautiful and lively look. 

By combining two yarns you are also given an invitation to play with colors. We have made kits of the 4 combinations Anne chose, but we love her swatches shown above, and encourage you to branch out and choose your own color combos!

Finished Size: approx 10" x 60"

Color A: 1 skein Boucle, 2 skeins Soft 
Color B: 1 skein Boucle, 2 skeins Soft

Note: The amount of Bouclé yarn above is exactly enough to knit the complete scarf as described in the pattern. Each stripe uses just under 10 grams of Isager Bouclé. The amount of yarn you need may vary slightly depending on how you knit. If you would like to knit a longer version of the scarf, we recommend purchasing an extra skein of Isager Bouclé in each color.
