This tin is the result of two years of R&D and taste tests and crafted to be the most delicious, sustainable trout Fishwife has ever made. The trout is expertly raised in an ASC-certified sustainable farm in Denmark’s countryside and slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood then hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen. The standards for aquaculture in Denmark are some of the highest in the world.
