We are honored to welcome Kit and John from Churchmouse Yarns to our shop! They have been industry trailblazers since opening their shop on Bainbridge Island in 2000. Even though they have closed their retail location, they continue to serve the industry with their incredible design collection, many of which are samples in yarn shops across the country.
Please join us for Sherry & Shortbread and meet the folks behind one of the most recognizable shops in our industry. They will be bringing samples to show off, and offering a free pattern with your yarn purchase.

Polka Dot Sheep Striata DK Gradient Yarn
Laurel just finished a Sophie Shawl in this fun new gradient yarn, and we want to show it off!
Striata DK from Polka Dot Sheep is lovingly hand dyed in long, meandering color blocks with color changes so gradual, you'll hardly notice them evolving under your hook or needles. This gradient yarn is available in a wide range of colorways. To appreciate Striata fully, choose projects that use the entire skein.

De Rerum Natura Alice Yarn
We were able to do a small restock, but that's all we can get until 2027! Act soon if you want to try out this lovely seasonal yarn from De Rerum Natura.
Alice is a lovely blend of 75% organic wool from Mérinos d'Arles sheep, and 25% linen grown in northern France and Belgium. The natural spring of the Arles merino gives the yarn great elasticity, while the linen gives it a luminous aspect and a pleasant touch against the skin.

The Wandering Flock Cotton Lino Yarn
In case you missed our love letter to Cotton Lino earlier this week, we'll call it out once more here.
This is truly the summer yarn of our dreams, and one of Erin's personal favorites! It is a plant forward yarn with a touch of animal fiber for breathable garments that have a luxurious hand feel.
Cotton and linen give your garments structure and lightness, alpaca lends a softness that's delightful to wear, and the silk adds luxurious drape and strength.
