Spincycle Dream State: New and Improved!

Today is the launch of the new Dream State Yarn! If you haven't heard the buzz, the Spincycle gals have revamped Dream State to be the true worsted weight yarn of their dreams, and we are excited to have all colors in stock!

Here is the announcement from the Spinsters themselves! As you can see, it is the same yardage as the original Dream State, but it is a bit heavier weight so it can classify as a true Worsted Weight yarn.

How is it different?
There are several key differences from the original Dream State and the newly released version:
1. Original was 3 ply, new is 2 ply.
You can see in the samples above that the 3 ply spread the colors out a bit more, whereas in the 2 ply there will be more pops of color concentration.
2. The new version is a true worsted weight.
While labeled as a worsted weight, the original was more in line with a heavy DK.
Technically, they can be used interchangeably but projects with the new yarn will be a bit heavier and thicker than with the original yarn.
If you still want one last project out of the original version, you are in luck! We still have over 20 colors in stock, so this is a great opportunity to snag a few skeins before it's gone for good!
