Simply Shetland Pattern Midnight Sun Tam

Description

Simply Shetland Midnight Sun tam is knit with Jamieson's Shetland 2ply Spindrift yarn in eleven complementary colors. Knitted in-the-round with a corrugated ribbing, this stunning tam fits the average head, but it can be tailored to suit your needs. The pattern consists of colored charts that match the yarn shades making it very easy to follow.

Finished Measurements: 11" diameter

Yarn: 11 skeins (1 each in 11 colors) of Jamison's Shetland 2ply Spindrift yarn

Featured in colors 598 Mulberry, 998 Hairst/Autumn 231 Bracken, 1190 Burnt Umber, 165 Dusk, 788 Leaf, 147 Moss, 610 Purple, 239 Purple Heather, 236 Rosewood and 230 Yellow Ochre

Needles and Notions: US 2 & US 3 16" circular needles, US 2 6" double pointed needles

Gauge: 7.5 stitches = 1" worked in the round (gauge smaller than 7.5 stitches per inch is acceptable as the tam will easily stretch larger when blocked)
