2026 Temperature Blanket Make-a-Long
Join us for our year-long 2026 Temperature Blanket Make-a-Long that's open to knitters and crocheters alike! Thursday, January 8th at 5:30pm will be our first MAL check-in here at the shop. Beginning in February, we'll have regular MAL check-ins the first Thursday of every month from 5:30-7:30pm.Date: April 2

Knit for Food 2026
Knit for Food is a 12 hour knitting marathon to raise funds and awareness for food insecurity. All funds raised will be equally divided between Feeding America, World Central Kitchen, No Kid Hungry and Meals on Wheels. Poet Scarf KAL
Celebrate spring and join us in making the Poet Scarf. This lace scarf uses only 2 balls of Knitting for Olive yarn. Wear it as a scarf, shawl, headwrap or neckerchief.Cast on: April 16th, 5:30-6:30pm

Your finished scarf gets you an entry for a prize! Join us in store or online. Tag us on Instagram to share your progress and post your finished scarf to be entered.

Social Stitching
We're open late every Thursday evening to host weekly Social Stitching (previously called Knit Nights) down at the shop! We use this time to invite local makers with the goal of providing a welcoming space full of creative inspiration for knitters, crocheters and handworkers of all types. Olga Buraya-Kefelian Workshops
We have been longtime fans of Olga Buraya-Kefelian’s innovative approach to textured knits, and we are so thrilled to be bringing her to Southern Oregon. We will explore the texture and construction of origami knitting with an artist whose name is synonymous with the form. Olga draws inspiration from industrial and architectural fields, combined with her passion for European and Japanese design. Her body of work is versatile, wearable, and impeccably finished knitwear with an instantly identifiable flair, and she travels the globe sharing her techniques with knitters.
