If you keep an eye on what's "hot right now" on Ravelry, then you already know Andrea Mowry released a new pattern - and it is GORGEOUS. The Tessellated Cardigan is a comfy, drop-shoulder sweater that's a perfect canvas to showcase the beautiful stitch pattern in just about any color combo. Depending on if you choose high or low contrast colors, it completely changes the outcome - we are absolutely smitten with the low contrast look, but encourage you to experiment with color play.
This cardigan features a mosaic knitting technique that's engaging to knit (not to mention beautiful to look at) and is worked up in 3 different yarns for textural interest. "Where to begin?" you ask - don't worry, we're here to help. Below we've curated a winning combination of three yarns to make building your perfect Tesselated Cardigan as easy as 1, 2, 3!

We recommend Berroco Lanas Light for the body of this sweater. This blend of South American wools has a springy, 2ply construction that knits up well at a variety of gauges and is available in gently heathered colors.
