DanDoh Linen is a wonderful, worsted weight 100% pure linen yarn from Japan. Clean, crisp linen fiber is spun into a unique chain ply structure, creating a strand that knits up light and provides dramatic drape with a soft hand.

We love DanDoh Linen in the Agave Pullover by Yumiko Alexander (featured above). This design uses three different sizes of the same lace pattern to make for a unique knit. Agave also offers two sleeve options; a flutter sleeve that's fun to wear and great for warm weather, and a regular longer sleeve that's suitable for all seasons.

DanDoh Silk+ is a unique combination of mulberry silk with mercerized cotton. This dk weight yarn is soft, light, and very comfortable to wear - not to mention it knits like a dream and has beautiful drape.

The Bamboo Pullover by Yumiko Alexander is one of our favorite DanDoh designs. You only need to know knit, purl and slip stiches to make this top. Bamboo features interesting vertical stripes using two colors, combining stockinette stitch, reverse stockinette stitch, and alternating stitches to add interest for the color play and texture.

This pattern gives you options for chest circumference and finished length. The image above shows one top in an oversized fit with a shorter length and another top in the regular fit with a longer length. As you can see, different combinations of circumference and length give totally different looks.

DanDoh Cotton Fine is a 100% cotton, light fingering weight yarn. This unique yarn has a smooth and crispy texture, because the surface of the yarn has a coating of viscous rayon films. It feels like linen, but the coating comes off after handling or washing, so that it will soften up greatly. We think Cotton Fine is perfect for summer clothes and accessories, and we love the way Yumiko combines 2 strands of it in various patterns.

The Waterfall Pullover by Yumiko Alexander uses two colors of Cotton Fine yarn, worked with one mosaic section as a focal point and the rest in stockinette with two strands of yarn held together. It's comfortable to wear and keeps you cool in the summer heat. The top is all about color play, so we recommend going with a fun, bold pop for your contrast color.
