Superwash Sock has a standard construction of 4/16nm. Made with a blend of superwashed Merino wool and nylon, the merino fibers have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable. The Merino is combined with a smaller percentage of nylon giving the knitted fabric extra durability and strength making it harder wearing. This yarn is perfect for socks, but can equally be knitted into scarves, shawls or even baby garments which will feel soft next to the skin due to the fine micron Merino used.
