The Haslock Cowl by Gudrun Johnston is a fabulous beginner-friendly colorwork project and with motif variations, it will keep knitters engaged. The kit includes all the yarn you need to knit the cowl: 6 balls of Jamieson's of Shetland Spindrift yarn in complementary colors and a pattern postcard with free download code to be used on Ravelry.

Needles & Notions: US 4 16" circular needles, spare US 4 16" circular needles (for grafting two ends together), 1 stitch marker, fingering weight smooth waste yarn (provisional cast on), US F/3.75mm crochet hook (if using the Crochet Provisional Cast On method), tapestryneedle
