Knitting for Olive Update

Knitting for Olive Update

Aug 25th 2025

You probably already know that Knitting for Olive is one of our most beloved brands; their color palette is gorgeous, they use ethically sourced fibers, and they design timeless patterns. This family run business, based in Denmark, made a recent announcement that due to new tariffs, they are currently unable to ship anything to the United States.

We have since confirmed that for now, wholesale orders are still being processed with the addition of the tariffs... so we are hopeful that we can still offer yarn from this incredible company for the time being.

As with all of our beloved international brands, we will continue to stock when and where we can, and offer the best pricing we are able while navigating these fluctuating fees.

We, along with Knitting for Olive, appreciate your support now more than ever!

A note from all of us at The Websters

Recent tariffs imposed on shipments to the US have created significant challenges for not only us, but our entire community of fiber enthusiasts. As these costs rise, we understand that it may impact your crafting budget and choices. We want you to know that through it all, we're still committed to sourcing the best natural fibers we can, and ensuring that you continue to have access to quality materials - even if that means expanding our inventory to include new brand offerings. Stay tuned for updates on how we're navigating these changes and exploring new ways to keep bringing the joy of yarn to your hands!
