Vintage Button Trunk Show with Department of Work: Textile Division

Julie Wilson, a retired professional theatrical costuming technician specializing in the accessories or costume props, will showcase her extensive, vintage button collection at our shop! Her 30 year costuming resume includes the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Seattle Opera and other Seattle venues, the 7 part HBO series “John Adams” (drapery department), gigs at the Arena Theatre and the National Shakespeare Theatre, and the Crafts artisan with Cirque du Soleil’s “O” at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Chicken Sock-a-Long

We're open late every Thursday evening to host weekly Knit Nights down at the shop! We use this time to invite local makers with the goal of providing a welcoming space full of creative inspiration for knitters, crocheters and handworkers of all types. So, bring your current project and a friend, and we hope to see you there!
