We had a fantastic turn out last Friday for Making the Holidays! For those of you who aren't local, we want to share some of our favorite project ideas.
If you aren't familiar, Making the Holidays is an annual event where we present some of our favorite yarns of the season worked up in projects aimed at helping you get a jump start on your holiday gift making. Charity Hat Kits are Here!
We wanted to remind everyone about our annual Make a Hat project. Stop by the shop to pick up a free kit and knit a hat for charity. We collect hand knits every year and donate them to Dunn House, a local shelter that provides a safe refuge and support to women and children who need to escape from domestic abuse. Please return your knit or crocheted hat by December 1st, along with a canned good which will be donated to the Ashland Food Bank. |
