Ordering & Shipping

We ship your order as soon as it is received. This is usually on the same day or the next business day.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card or PayPal payment is processed at the time we receive your order. If you would like to add to your order please call us as we do not have access to your credit card number.  We can send you a PayPal invoice for additions if you prefer.

Shipping Charges

Our automated checkout will display shipping costs.  If you have any questions regarding shipping costs or methods, please email us using the contact form, or call us at the 800# provided.

Special Orders
It may be possible to Special Order an item that we do not normally carry. Please contact us via our email contact form at info@yarnatwebsters.com or call us at 800-482-9801 (+541-482-9801).

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a brick-and-mortar retailer, there may be a rare instance when we don't have your item in stock. Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements

You may return items from our regular stock for 30 days from date of purchase, for in-store credit, exchange, or refund for the cost of the items.  We do not reimburse shipping charges.   Make sure merchandise is in original condition with all labels. Please include your original receipt. We can not accept returns on sale or discounted merchandise, books, or patterns.

Privacy & Security

The Websters will not sell, trade or distribute any personal information that you may provide us during the process of using or purchasing products from this website. After making a purchase from yarnatwebsters.com, you will be added to our catalog mailing list unless you tell us you would rather not receive a catalog twice a year.  We do not automatically add you to our email list, but you can sign up for the newsletter on the website.

Viewing Orders & Account Information

For both viewing your orders and updating your account information, it is necessary for your to log into your account. You may do this at any time by clicking the "My Account" link in the header of every page, or by clicking here. Once you have logged in, you may review your order history as well as update your contact information.
