Shelley Kaldunski Jewelry

Shelley Kaldunski Jewelry

Based in Medford, Oregon, Shelley's passion has always been color and design. While studying anthropology, graphic and interior design at San Francisco State and UC Extension, and metalsmithing at the Richmond Art Center, Shelley was taught by some great artists who encouraged her to move forward with her jewelry. Roller printing stole her heart and is what sets her work apart from other jewelers. Making the plates is a time-consuming process that may often take a day or two to create - from the design, printing, transfer and acid etching - and only usable for a number of runs through the rolling mill.

Shelley's designs are a blend of precious roller printed metals, unique stones and beads, and are inspired by nature, Japanese textiles and woodblock prints. She finds a certain symmetry in asymmetry; a balance with a bit of quirkiness.
